  3. I have ordered combo of flat slippers on 6th March 2022. It was that I would receive the package by 16th March, but on 12 th the delivery boy did not deliver it. So I gave a complaint to the customer care. The customer executive told Sorry for the inconvenience and told I will receive it on 18th that’s today. I received a call from delivery boy, when I picked the call, he kept the call onhold for 2 to 3 minutes and then he cut the call. I am not understanding what’s going on. Plz check wand send the package or ele give the amount back

  4. At 1pm in the afternoon the courier guy calls and says… I cannot delivery your package today as it’s late and all our courier boys have gone home.
    After my request for urgency of package, he said ok. But instead of delivering the package, on website he updated package held due to payment issue…. Highly irresponsible way of handling the situation.
