I have ordered combo of flat slippers on 6th March 2022. It was that I would receive the package by 16th March, but on 12 th the delivery boy did not deliver it. So I gave a complaint to the customer care. The customer executive told Sorry for the inconvenience and told I will receive it on 18th that’s today. I received a call from delivery boy, when I picked the call, he kept the call onhold for 2 to 3 minutes and then he cut the call. I am not understanding what’s going on. At 1pm in the afternoon the courier guy calls and says… I cannot delivery your package today as it’s late and all our courier boys have gone home.
