In the past few days, I have experienced extreme discomfort and unprecedented hassles while dealing with the bank upon new account opening since 21st October 2021 pertaining to:
1. Time wasting for account statement
2. Refusal to provide bank statement to my husband who is a nominee as well
3. Unclear instructions regarding FD’s, mandatory transactions time limit
4. Bank transaction related forms and procedures
