  1. My advise you to close the company. Because it is not suitable for customers. Myntra is a fraud company. Thery are not delivering orders and tell me it’s customers mistake.

  2. I wanted a fast delivery for my order as I booked my order on 4th January and it scheduled to be delivered by 10 th. As I am to courier it to California latest by 16th January. It will be of no use if sent later.I am upset and may have to cancel it.what is the use if it doesn’t arrive on required date. It will be better if sent today. Which is the contact number on which Customer can contact .It should be available.

  3. On 8 March 2022,  I ordered Noise Mini Air Buds. On 9th March 2022 i received the parcel which is empty from inside nothing was there. I called the customer care executive of myntra and they ask me to wait till 12th March for the resolution and now today 11th March they closed my request and tell me that we don’t have the video evidence of unboxing the parcel. I am very disappointed with there services. I am asking my refund or the product but they are refusing the both things. They are only asking the video of unboxing the parcel. But we have the pictures only because we don’t know that if the Myntra do frauds with their customers like that we have to make the video of unboxing the parcel. I ask several times with the delivery man that I have to open the parcel and check everything in front of them but he refuse to doing the same thing. So now the conclusion of all this is that I am writing the office mail to the CEO of Myntra and want the proper resolution of this situation. Myntra is the fraudest e- commerce website. They take the money of their customers and don’t give their parcel to them.

    Fake, Fraud and most disgusting website. Boycott them immediately.

    Don’t believe on their services they are such theif people and the fraud website.

    Totally Unacceptable these things, now i tell them what happen when they do fraud with their customers.

    Even now Myntra don’t capable to get the reviews. They don’t have their loyalty to give the right resolution to their customers.

    Shame on you Team Myntra.

Myntra’s is a fraud as i have been waiting to get my product to be picked up for the return…i was given wrong information every time i called customer care… customer care executives are inefficient and they are not given any authority to resolve any issue from their end . They can do the same what i can do from my myntra’s app.
    One month is a long period for a product to be returned.
    My money is stuck
    I am helpless

  5. I am facing similar issues where I have requested for return & no one is coming to pick it up. They are super fast to deliver the order but no one can help you if you have issues with the order. Apart from pick-up issue, I placed pre-paid order of 2 bedsheets & the package was missing both of them. After spending too much time over phone with their inefficient customer service colleagues, the only resolution I have got is that my issue is resolved by them stating that they did not find any issues in the packaging. They miss to pack your stuff & later wont do anything to resolve the issue & there goes your money. I am not spending another buck with the company anymore & I probably will have to take them to consumer court for sure.

  6. Worst experience ever with Myntra. They are not ready to pickup the product just because Pickup agent mentioned “Damaged Product”. I have images, videos and the tags intact which states the product is not tampered. I did not like the quality of product so returning it back as it is.

    There is no resolution from customer support. I have been roaming around since last 3 days for a resolution.

  7. I have not received my order of Anouk kurta set nd it is showing that it has been delivered nd after contacting so many times on the help desk no response has been given…kindly see to it. ..very poor service for giving the resolution of costumer complaint.
