  1. Passenger first writes to Customer Relations on [email protected] and SpiceJet’s Customer Relations assigns a unique Customer Relation Number to the Customer when he registers his/her Grievance at SpiceJet Customer Care.
  2. If you are not satisfied with the response of SpiceJet’s Customer Relations, then you may contact the Nodal Officer quoting your unique Customer Relation Number at [email protected]
  3. If you are still not satisfied and wish to appeal, you may appeal to Spicejet Appellate Authority at [email protected] quoting your unique Customer Relation Number.
