- Passenger first writes to Customer Relations on [email protected] and SpiceJet’s Customer Relations assigns a unique Customer Relation Number to the Customer when he registers his/her Grievance at SpiceJet Customer Care.
- If you are not satisfied with the response of SpiceJet’s Customer Relations, then you may contact the Nodal Officer quoting your unique Customer Relation Number at [email protected]
- If you are still not satisfied and wish to appeal, you may appeal to Spicejet Appellate Authority at [email protected] quoting your unique Customer Relation Number.
