1. First Level Grievance Redressal Forum
In case, if you are facing any kind of problem with RBL Bank services then you can contact the customer service executive of your branch or write to the Branch Manager providing complete details of the complaint, your name, and account number, or you could reach on the branch contact numbers. 2. Second Level Grievance Redressal Forum

3. Third Level Grievance Redressal Forum
If the reply provided by the Regional Nodal officer does not meet your expectation, you can escalate your grievance to the RBL Bank Principal Nodal Officer of the Bank at the Final Level.
