If a passenger faces any problem with the cancellation of tickets, the exact needs to be reported by email to [email protected], two hours before the departure of the service. ⊇ Failed Transactions (Amount deducted, but ticket not booked):
Refunds for failed transactions will be automatically credited to the user’s account within seven working days. If a refund is not received within seven days, users are requested to send an email to [email protected] (Accounts Section) with the following details.
⊇ Details required:
For registered users, OB reference no. from My itineraries of registered user account OR online user ID and transaction date. For guest users, OB no. OR email ID and transaction date. Guest users can verify transaction status from the link “Guest Users Ticket” on the KSRTC homepage.
⊇ Cancelled Tickets:
Refunds for canceled tickets will be automatically credited to the user’s account within seven working days. If a refund is not received within seven days, users are requested to send an email to [email protected] (Accounts Section) quoting OB no. or PNR no. of cancelled ticket.
