IndiaFirst Life Insurance Grievance Redressal

Step 1 : 

Online →

  • 1) Login to the Customer Portal. If you don’t have a login ID and password, you can create one here.
  • 2) Go to the QRC (Queries, Requests, and Complaints) section and raise the request/complaint.

After we receive your complaint, we will write back to you with reasons for either redressing or rejecting it, within 15 calendar days from its receipt. You can view our Grievance Redressal Policy here.

Step 2 :

A written communication giving reasons of either redressing or rejecting the grievance will be sent to you within 15 (Fifteen) days from the date of receipt of the grievance. In case we don’t receive a revert from you within 8 weeks from the date of your receipt of our response, we will treat the complaint as closed.

However, if you are not satisfied with our resolution provided or have not received any response within 15 (Fifteen) days, then, you may approach our Grievance Officer at any of our branches or you may write to our Grievance Redressal Officer at [email protected]

An acknowledgment of all such grievances received will be sent within 3 (Three) working days of receipt of the grievance.
